Overview
Peeled and Ground Bars from Hot Rolled Bars are created with a process that involves Pre-straightening, Peeling, Reeling, and Centerless Grinding. As a result, greater dimensional precision, straightness, smoothness, defect-free surfaces, and improved mechanical qualities are all given to the peeled steel bar.
The round steel is exposed to chip removal during the peeling process, leaving the surface brilliant and smooth. Additionally, the chip removal eliminates any potential rolling material defects on the surface. The product is therefore technically free of surface flaws. After peeling, the bars are straightened, which enhances the bars’ straightness and roughness.

Packaging
For domestic, within Ahmedabad – oiling, bubble wrapping & stretch film. For domestic, outside Ahmedabad – oiling, corrugated tube, bubble wrapping, hessian cloth, stretch film & wooden box if needed. For exports, anti-rust oil is on material and packed first by cardboard sleeve then in steel frame wooden box & pallets if needed.
Test Certificate
All goods will be sold with material test certificates to ensure proper quality from standard processing mills.
Inspection Report
